Paul has over 20 years of experience in technical and leadership roles at large companies and startups including Red Hat, Sun, Heptio, CoreOS & most recently Kong. He's hired hundreds of engineers and managers, helped develop emerging technology, closed business-critical deals, and navigated M&A on both sides of the table.

Outside of work he can be found spending time with his amazing wife Robyn and their two dogs or getting outside hiking and snowboarding.

Craig is a technical leader with more than 25 years of experience in software development. He is a skilled team builder who has held technical leadership roles at a wide range of high-growth organizations, including Carbonite, Hubspot, Blue Box, and Heptio.

When not working Craig is an avid hockey player and kite surfer. He loves spending quality time and exploring the world with his young (and energetic) daughter Maiya as well as his incredible wife Grace.
